У здания генерального консульства России в Нью-Йорке на 91-й улице Манхэттена состоялась двухчасовая акция в поддержку Алексея Навального

Пикет прошел мирно, демонстранты послушно выстроились на противоположной стороне улицы и развернули плакаты, большинство из которых заканчивались хештегом # забастовка.

Люди держали в руках плакаты с надписями "Этот цирк без меня!", "Выборы без выборов!", "Это не выборы, это обман!", "Мне некого выбирать", "Stop Putin!", "Честные выборы 2018! Честный президент!","Сами себе выбирайте!", "На выборы не приду!".

"Навальный, мне кажется, единственный на данный момент действенный инструмент, который что-то может изменить. Во многих вещах я его поддерживаю, считаю, что он единственный активный оппозиционер на России. Все остальные, по-моему, это так, цирк", - говорит 32-летний житель Новосибирска, экономист Михаил Башарин, который приехал на акцию из Филадельфии.

При этом ему не нравится аннексия Крыма, по которой Навальный четко не высказывает свою позицию.

Why was special “prize” Arnold Lockshin “sent” to the Soviet Union in 1986? (1)


The timing was important. In principle, the US secret political police were no less vicious in 1966, 1976 or at any earlier – or later – time.

As for myself: while my experience and knowledge increased as I matured, my basic political-ideological views were formed during my rather young teenage years. So I was a target of the US secret political police long before 1986 when the outright terror campaign against me unfolded in Houston, Texas.

1986 was the second year of Gorbachev's “perestroika” hoax, which in fact was the final stage of counter-revolution in the USSR. By that time, CIA-commanded reactionary forces – the most prominent of which continued to play their designated role as “communists” - were in control of the superstructure of society: the government and Communist Party, the KGB secret political police, the mass media, and in large measure at least of the economy, culture and education. This list could well be extended.

Under these horrendous conditions, destruction of the Soviet Union was inevitable.

What else did these CIA and its underlings need? To convince the mass of Soviet people to abandon socialism and accept the undermining of the Soviet state. Not a simple task.

Upon our arrival in Moscow in October 1986, the hidden but insidious pro-US propaganda machine in the Soviet Union praised the Lockshins. «In the USSR the Lockshins became celebrities.”Arnold Lockshin met with Andrei A. Gromyko, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet and a renowned diplomat.” («Российско-американские сюжеты», alliruk 28.05.2011).

Gromyko stated that “We in the USSR fully understand the Lockshins' thoughts and feelings. They acted in accordance with their conscience, and convincingly explained their motives. The Soviet people applaud the courageous actions of Dr. Arnold Lockshin and his family.” (“В СССР вполне понимают настроение и мысли Локшиных. Они предприняли продиктованный совестью шаг, мотивы которого объяснили убедительно... Советские люди аплодируют мужественному поступку доктора Арнольд Локшина и его семьи...» - Московская правда, 11.10.1986).

What to make of all this? Here there was an American with anti-imperialist, socialist convictions, who forcefully criticized the US ruling class and especially the brutal and terrifying actions of the US secret political police (probably the FBI in my case). Offering me and my family political asylum and allowing me to speak out publicly against US imperialism was, on the face of it, certainly not something that the CIA would sponsor.

The Lockshin case, Gromyko said, “ was a stern rebuke to those who deprived the Lockshins of their inalienable right to live freely and work among their own people.” («суровый укор тем, кто лишил их возможности реализовать свое неотъемлемое право жить свободно и трудиться вместе со своим народом»).

On the face of it, the Lockshin case presented an evident, sharp contradiction. The CIA and the Gorbachev “perestroika” cabal were hell-bent on effectuating the treacherous, criminal imperialist plot of destroying the USSR and betraying the Soviet people. A very important element of this high treason was propagating a highly embellished image of the United States and praising that “great democracy.” Under Gorbachev, the US was no longer dangerously imperialist, but a “true friend.” (I cannot recall a single instance when CIA-stooge Gorbachev used the word “imperialist” to describe the US or US policies.)

On the other hand, the Soviet government and mass media warmly embraced Arnold Lockshin, a determined critic of US policies. A notable step in the exact opposite direction.

What was really happening?

A democratic “gift?” Good will? Confusion at the top?

Forget it!

A personal and not-so-personal background...

I am generally reluctant to focus on private, personal affairs. However, when discussing US Gestapo attacks against a concrete individual, it is quite impossible to avoid consideration of that person's personal life. Even sometimes going back to his/her childhood and adolescent years.

What to a normal person would be strictly personal questions are matters of great interest to the monstrous and thoroughly inhumane US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus.

The only genuine, long-lasting friend I ever had in my life was my Mother, Mary (Shulman) Lockshin. Mom never abandoned me, would never have given the slightest thought to betraying or harming me.

She payed a harsh price for her progressive outlook – while not revolutionary, was nonetheless supportive of socialism. Because of her humanistic views and loving support of me – even when she did not agree with my chosen course of action – Mom suffered. Under the direction of the American Gestapo, my Mother's own husband, her daughter and (other) son instigated cruel and heartless psychological warfare actions against her. The FBI and/or its fellow Gestapo monsters exploited my Mother's love for her family to injure her deeply.


When I had the opportunity, I stood by my Mother. My position was principled. But not as vigorous as it would have been had I then known what lay behind the attacks she had to confront.


Mom died of disseminated breast cancer on January 1, 1981. What she provided for me went beyond motherhood. Before I understood or fully grasped what lay behind the harassment, problems and contrived isolation that I faced, I had this one honest and loving relationship to fall back on. It was an indispensable measuring rod to contrast with all the hideous ploys and dishonesty I had to face while she was alive and even more intensely afterwards.

Beyond a mother's love and genuine friendship, there were two critically important factors that served me very well later in life.

1) Under the vicious and dastardly control of society by the secret political police, I learned that almost anyone can be induced/compelled to actively conspire against, attack and injure the target individual. This definitely includes one's closest relatives. Which is what my Mother also faced.


What made it much more difficult in my Mother's case was that she – like almost all victims of psychological warfare attacks – was unaware of the source of the foul and ugly assaults: the US political police. Through most of her life, I too was unaware, but nonetheless did what I thought was possible at the time to support her.

Mom's cruel experiences greatly helped me later understand the thoroughly evil and sadistic force that motivated analogous attacks against me, including by my own closest relatives.

2) While Mom was alive, I was not completely isolated. Even during these many years since her death, this recollection of just one honest human-to-human relationship has served me very well.

In order to facilitate the destruction of their victims, the secret political police in the US and in Russia (and undoubtedly, virtually everywhere) endeavor at virtually all costs to completely isolate the target. It is intended that the completely alone and simultaneously tormented target individual lose his self-orientation.

Psychological warfare attacks are “planned to qualitatively alter the psychology and behavior or the target. The combination of threats and provocations, fatigue and unending worry and fear may lead to a state of severe anxiety, where the target virtually loses control. The aim is to produce:

If the target is completely isolated, he has little or no capacity to gauge the significance or consequences of this or that ploy against him, nor how to best respond. The victim is likely to fall into panic and/or complete despair. “A climactic cascade effect may be induced, causing the target to lose all semblance of reality... the most likely result is (the target's) complete mental and/or physical breakdown or suicide.” (Silent Terror, p. 104)

I will discuss later some of the extreme and vile measures taken by the CIA-KGB/FSB to isolate and destroy Arnold Lockshin in Moscow.

Глава МВД Украины Арсен Аваков заявил, что нацполиция и нацгвардия должны готовиться к работе на территориях Республик Донбасса, которые якобы вернутся под контроль Киева.

«Уже скоро наступит фаза, когда Национальная полиция совместно с Национальной гвардией зайдут на пока оккупированные территории, и там надо будет следить за порядком.

Освобождать и защищать оккупированные территории — очень тяжелая работа, и мы это уже делали, когда освобождали территории Луганской и Донецкой областей. Надо готовиться к ней уже сейчас», — сказал он.

Трамп собрался увеличить оборонный бюджет США

В феврале президент США Дональд Трамп предложит Конгрессу проект оборонного бюджета страны на 2019 год, в рамках которого планируется увеличить траты на оборону на 13 процентов по сравнению с прошлым годом — до 716 миллиардов долларов.

Выделенные деньги пойдут в том числе на военные операции и поддержание ядерного арсенала Соединенных Штатов. Кроме того, Трамп рассчитывает увеличить финансирование Пентагона в следующем году на семь процентов по сравнению с 2018 годом.

Новая ядерная стратегия США угрожает России. Идея внести изменения в военный бюджет принадлежит министру обороны Джеймсу Мэттису. Он выступает за переориентацию армии на «сдерживание» военной угрозы и на «возможную борьбу с такими державами, как Китай и Россия».

Оборонный аналитик Центра стратегических и международных исследований (CSIS) Марк Кансиан назвал возможное увеличение американского оборонного бюджета «большим событием» для США. «Это большой скачок в области обороны страны. Такой шаг может означать, что администрация Трампа вкладывает ресурсы в нынешнюю чрезмерно агрессивную стратегию обороны Соединенных Штатов», — сказал он.

В середине ноября прошлого года нижняя палата Конгресса США одобрила оборонный бюджет страны на 2018 год. В него была включена статья о «сдерживании» России и Европы, на которую планирует потратить 4,6 миллиарда долларов. В частности, деньги пойдут на укрепление союзников по НАТО и усиление военного потенциала американцев на территории Евросоюза. На оказание военной помощи Украине дополнительно выделят 350 миллионов.

One of a kind...

From my early teenage years, I was a convinced advocate of socialist revolution. As a young man, I became the objective of US secret political police surveillance, interference and attempts to dissuade me from my firmly held views. Later in life, the American Gestapo intensified the attacks and in 1986 went even further, instigating a vicious campaign of severe harassment and outright terror that forced me to exit the USA and seek political asylum in the Soviet Union.


Which branch of the massive and monstrous US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus was mainly responsible for pursuing Arnold Lockshin is not particularly important. Presumably it was the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), which is reputed to be the main governmental enemy of dissidents in America.

In my case, I was a very special target of the US secret political police simply because of my political views and (fully legal) actions. After I obtained my Ph.D. (doctorate) degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison, I joined the so-called “Communist Party USA”. “Worse” yet: after I got married in 1969 I became a full-time organizer for the “Party.”

In those early years, I was then totally naive about what the “CP” was really about. Who was there to teach me? No one, of course.


“For most of the time of my 'Party' membership, I was a full-time political organizer, mainly for the 'Party' itself. I was the organizer and secretary for the 'Party' in two regions considered important - Ohio and then Southern California - and a member of the 'Central Committee' from the fall of 1969 to the middle of 1977.


“I attended numerous, numerous meetings at all levels and personally knew all the 'Party's' national leaders and virtually all of the state or district leaders as well. I knew all of the 'Party' members in New England (where I first joined the 'Party'), in Ohio and Southern California (of course). I came into contact with many or even most of the 'Communist Party' members in New York, Illinois, Indiana, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Northern California and in other regions...

“When I was a member, the 'Communist Party USA' had about 2,000 – 3,000 members nationwide, although the 'Party' 'leaders' claimed about ten times that number...

“The yearly budget of the 'Party' ran into the several millions of dollars. When I was in the 'Party,' there were up to or more than 200 people – including journalists and people in subsidiary organizations - who were on the 'Party' payroll. They all lived well, and showed no signs of financial or other hardship.


“2,000 to 3,000 'Party' members is, of course, a very small percentage of the US population. But is would be a highly significant number – if composed of genuine revolutionaries. 200 or so full-time political organizers is by no means a trivial number...

“What were all the 'revolutionary' 'Party' members and full-time organizers doing? Having meetings after meetings, and meetings about meetings. Engaging in 'fund drives' for the 'Party' newspapers and occasionally fielding candidates to run for one or another public office. Efforts to build genuine mass struggle against poverty, racism and war were absent.


“Eventually it became evident that the 'Communist Party USA' was a completely sham organization, run by the vast US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus. What is also important to note is that the FBI spent several millions of dollars yearly to sponsor this charade.


“And the 'Communist Party USA' was only one of many, many such bogus outfits.


“When I found it impossible to identify even a single honest communist in the 'Party,' I left. It can be argued that I personally did not know every last member of the 'Communist Party USA,' but that is hardly significant. If there were an honest communist or two or even a few somewhere in the US (very unlikely), that would have been of no political significance. Any such individual(s) had absolutely no influence on 'Party' activities or policies and would have been destroyed long ago.” (Dictatorship USA – Part 5)


I have good reason to believe that there was not a single honest (non-fink) individual other than myself in the entire “Communist Party USA.” What I know for sure is that there was not a single other genuine communist in the entire venal batch of full-time organizers in the “Party.”


Arnold Lockshin was the single exception. In the United States of America, Lockshin was one of a kind.


For the vicious US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus, I was not only special; I was ideal. I was a prize of sorts. These bastards were free do anything they liked with me.

No Constitution, no US Bill of Rights, no due process, no human rights etc. etc. count for the American Gestapo – except as deceptive, lying propaganda about fake American “democracy.”

How to deal with me? Murder for the American nazi secret police is always a real option. No problem there. But why kill Lockshin immediately? He was no actual threat to the reign of US imperialism, after all. Far better to use him in an important special operation.

What special operation? To manipulate Arnold as a hapless tool in the most intensive and vital historical endeavor of US imperialism: as a valuable propaganda asset in the rapidly approaching final destruction of the Soviet Union.

And then kill him, of course.

В 2017 году полиция США застрелила почти 1 тыс. человек‍

За 2017-й год полиция в США застрелила 987 человек.

Данные общенационального подсчета убийств полицейскими опубликовало издание Washington Post.

В 2017-м году количество погибших в результате применения огнестрельного оружия сотрудниками полициями увеличилось на 21-го человека в сравнении с 2016-м годом. 22% погибших составили афроамериканцы, из них безоружными были 19 человек (в 2015-м году –36 человек).

Больше всего погибших было в возрастной группе от 30-ти до 44-х лет (369 человек). Затем идет возрастная группа от 18-ти до 29-ти лет (298 человек). Помимо этого, сообщается, что среди погибших 28 человек были подростками.

Проведение общенационального подсчета убийств полицейскими началось в США в 2014-м году, после того, как полицией был застрелен безоружный темнокожий подросток. Это убийство стало причиной массовых беспорядов.

The book “Silent Terror” is important. «Безмолвный террор — История политических гонений на семью в США» - "Silent Terror: One family's history of political persecution in the United States» - arnoldlockshin.wordpress.com


This book, written some 30 years ago, describes the ideology and subversive activities of the massive US secret political police apparatus better than any other material I have encountered. at's Naturally, “Silent Terror” has effectively been “buried” - in the US, Russia and around the world.
The horrendous US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus does its dirty work with expertise and enormous power.


“Silent Terror” covers a fairly wide spectrum of US imperialist police-state machinations with a special focus on the multifarious campaign of harassment and terror directed against me personally in the United States. The purpose of these vicious ploys was to force Arnold Lockshin out of the US and to seek political asylum in the Soviet Union in 1986. That aspect of the political police campaign against me was successful. The second part – to compel me to leave the USSR and return to the US – did not work out for the US Gestapo and their accomplices. More on this later.


Why elaborate on this line of discourse?


Because I have learned considerably more about the US secret political police and their henchmen. In 1986 I knew full well who stood behind the campaign of harassment and terror directed against me and also against my young children. About my so-called “wife,” more later.

But I did not then know the purpose, the grand scheme behind these attacks.

When my family and I arrived in Moscow in October 1986, I had no idea the Soviet Union and Communist Party, the Soviet secret police KGB (КГБ), the Soviet mass media and other institutions were run by traitors who were completely in the hands of the American CIA.

At that time, I had no way of knowing this reality. Similarly, I did not know and could not have known what was planned for me here in Moscow.

Proof?...

Often when I discuss the pernicious characteristics and anti-human actions of the imperialist secret political police, people sometimes ask for “proof”. What they really demand is that I somehow divulge authentic, internal, secret documents etc. from the American CIA and its vicious, incredibly filthy partners in crime. It goes without saying that I cannot furnish any such documents. Any demand along these lines is absurd.

What firm knowledge I have to contribute comes from over 6 decades – since my early teenage years – of being “guided”, closely surveilled and victimized and then terrorized by the US secret politice.

In my youth, I had no concept of US secret political police activities. However, subsequent voluminous experience and intent study has allowed me – over a period of many years - to revisit earlier episodes and put these matters in proper context.


This logical analysis/explanation of the brutal machinations and horrific crimes of the US and US-led secret political police is the best proof available.


American “democracy”...


Inundated by constant pro-US propaganda, some people are convinced that America's rulers would not foster horrendous anti-democratic practices and crimes employing a massive secret political police as a dominant force.


Nonsense!


Concerning US imperialism's massive and continuous support for Adolph Hitler and the German Nazi military machine (even as American soldiers were dying in World War II !), I wrote the following:

В США решили сохранить пытки заключенных

Власти США не намерены менять практику использования военной тюрьмы в Гуантанамо для содержания там лиц, подозреваемых в терроризме. Об этом заявил первый заместитель генерального прокурора Эд Кэллахан.

«Мне неизвестно о каких-либо изменениях в политике по использованию тюрьмы в Гуантанамо», — сказал Кэллахан на брифинге в Белом доме. При этом он заверил, что США будут ловить террористов «везде, где это возможно».

В декабре 2017 года специальный докладчик ООН Нильс Мельцер сообщал, что заключенные тюрьмы в Гуантанамо по-прежнему подвергаются пыткам, а старые случаи применения насилия к людям не расследуются.

Тюрьма находится на территории бессрочно арендуемой США военно-морской базы в кубинском заливе Гуантанамо. 21 января 2009 года президент США Барак Обама подписал распоряжение о закрытии тюрьмы, но она продолжает работать до сих пор.

Руководство на случай войны для граждан появится и в Эстонии

Вслед за соседними государствами Эстония также предоставит своим жителям страны информационные материалы о том, как вести себя в случае войны.

Бригадный генерал Мартин Херме, выдвинутый в главы эстонской армии, сказал, что такие материалы обязательно нужны. «Когда это будет, я пока не знаю. Но над этим работают», — отметил Херме. По его словам, руководят работой по составлению такого пособия сотрудники министерства внутренних дел.

Отметим, что в Швеции планируется распространить между жителями страны около 4,7 миллиона инфоматериалов о принципах гражданской защиты. Из них шведский гражданин должен узнать, что ему делать во время военного конфликта или серьезного кризиса.

Также и литовское правительство издало 75-страничную настольную книжку-руководство «Подготовка к выживанию в чрезвычайных ситуациях и войне». Тираж по местным меркам невероятный — 30 тысяч экземпляров. В брошюре, в частности, предписывается, что жители приграничных районов Литвы должны бдительно оповещать власти о возможном вторжении. Кроме того, они должны сопротивляться путём затруднения коммуникаций нападающей стороны, вести саботаж и партизанскую войну. Презентующие брошюру литовские военные чиновники сообщили, что «данная книга — сигнал России о том, что литовцев не застать врасплох, как украинцев». Пособие содержит детальные иллюстрации, на которых изображена российская бронетехника и боеприпасы. Также гражданам Литвы разъясняется, как следует шпионить за «оккупантами» и доносить на них.

ООН: В США за чертой бедности живут более 40 млн человек

Специальный докладчик ООН по вопросу о крайней нищете Филип Олстон после визита в Соединенные Штаты заявил, что каждый восьмой американец оказался за чертой бедности.

«Американская мечта стремительно превращается в американскую иллюзию. Происходит это в связи с тем, что сейчас в США у людей самые низкие возможности повысить свой социальный статус по сравнению с любой другой богатой страной мира», — отметил Олстон в своем докладе.

Он подчеркнул, что развитые технологии США не используются для оказания помощи 40 млн человек, которые живут в условиях бедности. «Обладая огромным благосостоянием, страна отходит от своей основополагающей приверженности правам человека», — сказал Олстон.

Также сотрудник ООН уверен в том, что из-за нынешней политики президента США Дональда Трампа масштабы бедности в стране будут только расти.

Insights Into The US Secret Political Police – Prologue

Counter revolution and destruction of the Soviet Union were the decades-long product of brutal wars and intense conspiracy, threats and widespread subversion. Nothing was more important for world imperialism – above all for the United States of America – than overthrowing the first and most powerful socialist state.

These foul and murderous assaults began with the massive foreign military invasion of Russia almost immediately after the successful October socialist revolution. The mis-named “Civil War” - Гражданская война (1917-1922) was first and foremost enormous and bloody foreign intervention, with the US also sending troops. Domestic counter-revolutionaries participated in the frightful massacre, but they would have been a minor force without widespread imperialist incitement, mobilization, funds and plentiful supplies of arms and munitions.

All-around massive imperialist – first of all, US – instigation, abetment and support of the incredibly brutal Nazi government and military machine was another villainous attempt to destroy the socialist USSR. (See my series of posts (“Америка и Фашизм» и «Как США и Англия тайно финансировали Гитлера и его поход на СССР».)

All of this and more – including forcing the Soviet Union to engage in an expensive large-scale arms race after World War II – took their toll. But the ultimately decisive counter-revolutionary force was internal subversion; the Soviet Union was “conquered” from within.

While the USSR, led by Lenin and then Stalin, had mass popular support, far from everyone supported the socialist revolution. It was not difficult for western, above all US, “intelligence” services to recruit and direct an army of perfidious assets in a decades-long subversive campaign within the Soviet Union.

In the 1930s, overt internal disruption, sabotage and diversion in the USSR were largely stymied. But it was far from a permanent accomplishment. For the most part, imperialist-led agents simply retreated, becoming “model” - even exceptionally harsh “communists” - while never abandoning their anti-soviet strivings.

These covert subversive forces included the Soviet secret services, the НКВД and its successor the КГБ (and now the CIA-directed ФСБ in Russia). Thus it stands to reason that some innocent people were caught up in anti-subversion campaign - while many traitorous elements not only survived but gained additional influence and power in society. The mass media was – and remains to this day - in the hands of CIA agents like Владимир Познер and many others of that ilk.

Josef Stalin's death in 1953 provided the impetus for anti-Soviet elements to gain the upper hand in the USSR. CIA agent Никита Хрущёв - Nikita Khrushchev's ludicrously distorted, slanderous and vicious denuciation of Stalin (at the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1956) marked a decisive point in the ascension to power of pro-imperialist forces in the USSR. Honest communists were forced out of the Party. The time was not then ripe, however, for immediate counter-revolution. The Soviet people, fiercely proud of their socialist achievements and their great victory over Nazi Germany and its allies, then would have resisted the mass impoverishment and humiliation accompanying the abject sellout of their country to US-NATO countries' imperialism.

Yet the stage was set for Горбачев, Ельцин, Гайдар, Яковлев and many more thousands of imperialist-led agents to take over the reins of the Party, government and key institutions in the country. And to weaken and compromise the USSR in preparation for total counter-revolution.


Not neglected in the anti-Soviet subversion campaign was augmentation from the outside. The “Voice of America,” “Radio Free Europe,” foreign popularization of “dissidents,” etc. also played their mass propaganda role and served as intelligence links with internal saboteurs.

Where does Arnold Lockshin fit into all of this?

My projected role as an unwitting tool in the final stage of the overthrow of the Soviet Union was a minor – but not insignificant - one. A thousand Arnold Lockshins or no Arnold Lockshin – counter-revolution was a certainty. It is nonetheless useful to examine this case more deeply and thereby gain further insight about how the ultra-insidious, monstrous and massive US-led subversion machine operates.

What should immediately stand out is the enormous effort, energy and money at the disposal of the US Gestapo to condition just a single secondary and virtually unknown figure for his projected unwilling complicity in the powerful anti-Soviet campaign. This speaks to the enormous importance US imperialism attached to the destruction of the USSR. It also testifies to the vast monetary assets and unrestrained freedom of maneuver available to the bestial so-called “intelligence” services of the US police state dictatorship.

Put the Lockshin case in proper context: hundreds of billions of dollars (in today's money) were spent to destroy the USSR; tens of millions of people perished. The years of secret political police expenditures, time and focused effort expended on me were, relatively speaking, a trifle.

What unfolds in my case is a decades-long campaign of patient preparation – in the main interference, harassment and later outright terror, but also occasional nurturing and coddling. To an outside observer, it would appear that my American-based life – excluding the terror campaign waged against me in 1986 - was fundamentally normal, subject only to the common vagaries, uncertainties and difficulties generally found in society.

Such was not the case. A fact which took me many years to ascertain fully. Virtually nothing is straightforward or commonplace when it comes to being a principle target of the monstrous US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus – the US secret political police.

Глава ВТБ назвал санкции против России экономической войной

Запад хочет посредством санкций создать давление на Россию, это экономическая война, заявил глава ВТБ Андрей Костин на деловом завтраке ВТБ в рамках Всемирного экономического форума в Давосе.


"Я думаю, что они хотят при помощи санкций оказать большое давление на Россию, чтоб РФ сменила правительство, президента на кого-то более подходящего для них. Я думаю, что это экономическая война", - заявил он.

Также он отметил, что в Давосе ВТБ обсуждал с инвесторами вопрос приватизации. Однако главе банка пришлось признать, что ситуация остается неблагоприятной на фоне санкций.

Как сообщила пресс-секретарь Собчак Ксения Чудинова, она примет в нем участие, если позволит график.

Распределение благ в мире сдвигается в пользу богатых

Распределение благ в мире в 2017 году, согласно Оксфам Интернешнл (Oxfam International), сместилось в сторону богатых людей. 50% населения мира не увидели увеличения своего благосостояния за период. Зато 1% самых богатых людей мира получил 82% благ мира, упрочив свою власть.

“Такая ситуация – это не признак процветающей экономики, но симптом неспособности экономической системы, – прокомментировал отчёт исполнительный директор Oxfam Винни Бьянийма (Winnie Byanyima). – Это означает, что люди, которые делают нашу одежду, телефоны и еду эксплуатируются, чтобы обогатить корпорации и богатых мира сего”. “Трудно найти политического или бизнес-лидера, который не говорит, что беспокоится о неравенстве. Еще труднее найти того, кто что-то с этим делает”, – добавляет он.

Какие могут быть дивиденды у тех, кто платит работникам зарплату ниже прожиточного минимума?

В отчёте Oxfam также отмечается гендерное неравенство (распределение благ в пользу мужчин) и его негативные последствия.

Dictatorship USA – Part 15

The Secret Political Police of Imperialism: Not Only in the USA


Secret political police are a worldwide imperialist phenomenon.


In Europe, for instance, we see distinct parallels with phony and violent “anti-fascist” eruptions in the US (see Dictatorship USA – Part 9D).


Take, for instance, the contrived violent manifestations during periodic G-20 summits:


In 2017, “In the weeks prior to the G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany, sporadic car fires in remote places, such as the neighborhood of Blankenese, occurred regularly in the city. On the night of 18 June 2017, unidentified individuals in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Dortmund, Leipzig, and Bad Bevensen caused a total of 13 arson attacks on tracks of the German railways. Cable fires had been caused by 'unconventional explosive and incendiary devices'.

“A group called 'Shutdown G20 – Hamburg vom Netz nehmen!' claimed responsibility for the attacks in an internet post.

«On 6 July, protests turned violent when over 160 police were injured in clashes with protestors and more than 75 people were arrested. As protestors attempted to storm into the 'red zone' where the summit took place they were dispersed with water cannon.

«On 7 July rioters set dozens of parked cars on fire. Several shops were destroyed and looted during 7 July night-time riots in the Schanzenviertel area. Masked rioters and militants from the 'black bloc' went uncontrolled for a period of three hours, prompting the deployment of special armed police forces.

«On early Sunday morning, 9 July, riots continued in the Schanzenviertel though the G20 leaders had already departed; 144 rioters were arrested.

«It was estimated that the farl-left protesters had committed more than 2000 crimes, among them vandalism, bodily harm, disturbing the peace, arson and resisting arrest.” (2017 G20 Hamburg summit, Wikipedia)

It need hardly be added that absolutely nothing about the G20 changed as a result of all this apparently meaningless violence.


“Apparently”, because there is a distinct motive: to discredit legitimate opposition to capitalist economics and imperialist politics. That is what these “riots” were about!

These phony “leftists,” “anarchists” or whatever have no positive program and no body of coherent political activity. The “mass actions” of these provocateurs could not possibly influence the decisions or policies of the G-20. In between the summits, these ostensibly hyper-emotional actors are quiescent, coming out of the woodwork only once in a blue moon to do their damage.


These provocations are organized by the secret political police of the respective countries – in this case Germany.


The violence and mayhem are analagous to “AntiFa” provocations in the US. In the US and other countries, these are well-financed and well-planned disruptive activities of inherently reactionary governments acting through their secret political police.


Subversive governmental assaults on legitimate opposition do not end with these overt manifestations. It can only be concluded that in the imperialist world generally, the full spectrum of
disruptive activities described in earlier posts of “Dictatorship USA” are also operative.

Эпидемия смертей из-за опиоидов в США объясняется самоубийствами

Захлестнувшая США в последние годы эпидемия опиоидных смертей на самом деле может являться эпидемией самоубийств. К такому неожиданному выводу пришли американские исследователи.

Эпизоды самоубийств за счёт приема чрезмерного количества опиоидных препаратов встречаются значительно чаще в США, чем об этом сообщает национальная статистика. Уровень самоубийств в Америке с 2000 по 2016 годы вырос почти на 25%, при этом количество вроде бы случайных смертей, связанных с использованием опиоидных препаратов, за тот же период увеличилось на 312%. По мнению авторов исследования, диспропорция этих скачков объясняется тем, что многие смерти от опиоидов в реальности являются самоубийствами.


Авторы исследования считают, что точный масштаб самоубийств в Америке серьёзно недооценивается. Поразивший страну опиоидный кризис делает профилактику подобного рода суицидов более затруднённой, поскольку психологи и психиатры не понимают, с кем они имеют дело. В большинстве случаев, к опиоидам прибегают не законченные наркоманы, а люди, которые просто хотят свести счеты с жизнью, но их воспринимают совсем по-другому.


Если изложенные в исследовании факты подтвердятся, то Америка займёт безоговорочное первое место по количеству самоубийств на душу населения. До последнего времени считалось, что чаще всего американцы сводят счеты с жизнью с помощью огнестрельного оружия. И вот теперь на смену традиционным пистолетам приходят опиоидные препараты.

Never Forget: The US Government Has A Known History Of Using False Flags

When it comes to 9/11, there are two groups of people: those who don’t know exactly what happened, and those who orchestrated it.


We know for sure that (A) the official story is riddled with plot holes, and (B) the American power establishment has an extensive and well-documented history of using false flags and propaganda to manipulate the public into supporting evil acts of military interventionism.

Here are just a few of the times the US government is known to have distorted the reality of events in order to manufacture public support for military intervention, which is per definition what a false flag is:
The False Nayirah Testimony

On October 10, 1990 a 15 year-old girl known only as Nayirah testified before the Congressional Human Rights Caucus about the horrors that Iraqi troops were inflicting upon the people of Kuwait. Her testimony that hundreds of babies had been taken out of their incubators and left to die on hospital floors was repeated as fact by Amnesty International, the mass media, numerous senators, and President H. W. Bush, tugging at the heartstrings of America and manufacturing support for American action in the Gulf War.


It was a lie. Nayirah was in fact the daughter of the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the US, and her TV-friendly “removing babies from incubators” testimony was false. It never happened.

The Gulf of Tonkin Incident

In 2005 a declassified historical study by the NSA revealed that one of the two incidents which were used to propel America into the disastrous Vietnam War happened the opposite of the way it was reported to have happened, and the second of the two incidents did not happen at all. The allegation that there were “deliberate” and “unprovoked” attacks upon the US Navy in the Gulf of Tonkin on August 2 and August 4 of 1964 was solemnly affirmed by President Johnson, which led to the swift passage of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution authorizing full presidential authority to commit US military power to the Vietnamese intervention.

In reality the August 2 incident was not in any way “unprovoked”, and it was in fact America’s USS Maddox which fired upon North Vietnamese boats first. On August 4 there was no engagement with any ships whatsoever, with Johnson privately admitting a year later that “For all I know, our navy was shooting at whales out there.”

The USS Maine

The Spanish-American war was brought on by a highly suspicious explosion upon the USS Maine while it was docked at the Havana Harbor in 1898, combined with the anti-Spain narratives of the plutocrat-owned newspapers of that time. Like all US wars, it was extremely profitable and benefitted the very rich.

This tradition of using lies to rally the unwashed masses behind military endeavors on behalf of the rich and powerful has probably been going on since the dawn of civilization


If the power elites didn’t need the consent of the public to rule, they wouldn’t have to lie constantly about their reasons for war. The public would never consent to military interventions if politicians were allowed to appear on CNN and say “Yeah well America has become a stronghold for the most powerful plutocracy in the history of civilization and it needs to maintain its status as the world’s only superpower in order to protect the investments of that plutocracy. This is why we have to keep knocking the pillars of support out from underneath Russia and China.”

Americans are basically good people who generally want what’s best for the world. If they weren’t, the unelected power establishment which rules over them wouldn’t have to keep making up lies about babies in incubators and protecting their family from Weapons of Mass Destruction in order to secure US hegemony. If they ever told the public the truth, they’d be dealing with hundreds of millions of heavily-armed Americans telling them to get their sociopathic asses out of here.

There is no reason to believe anything these lying sociopaths say, especially not about something that has served such a crucial role in their openly stated agenda to ensure US dominance over the world using its military and economic might. When you’ve got the extremely influential neoconservative think tank Project for the New American Century saying in September of 2000 that it would require “a new Pearl Harbor” to advance this agenda, and then getting exactly that one year later in an American tragedy which was used to manufacture support for greatly expanded US military interventionism, there’s no good reason to take all that in with a trusting “Yeah, that sounds legit.”

These people are liars, and they are depraved. They have no problem using lies to kill a million Iraqis and thousands of US soldiers to advance their agendas, and there’s no reason to believe they wouldn’t kill US civilians as well.

Пентагон изучает готовность к войне на границах с Россией

Оборонное логистическое агентство США намерено изучить инфраструктуру пяти стран у западных российских границ — Белоруссии, Украины, Молдавии, Финляндии и Польши — относительно их готовности к условиям военного времени.

Отмечается, что такое исследование нужно для понимания подготовки промышленности указанных стран к функционированию в условиях военного времени.

Собранные данные должны содержать информацию об источниках воды и продуктов питания, топлива, медикаментов, одежды, а также сведения о промышленном оборудовании, строительных материалах и технике. На основании этих данных будет сделана оценка местных производственных мощностей и мобилизационных возможностей стран.

США интересует также транспортная инфраструктура стран Восточной Европы: железные и автомобильные дороги, аэропорты, порты, мосты и переправы.

В декабре 2016 года Пентагон издал «Русский справочник боевых действий нового поколения», представляющий собой 62-страничное пособие по противодействию стратегии «российской гибридной войны».

The September 11 (2001) “Terrorist Attack” (continued)



Why?

The September 11 events were the culmination of a deliberately designed and implemented provocation by the US secret political police.

The purpose: to provide a “propaganda of the deed” massive provocation to inaugerate the phony “War on Terror” and systematic US military aggression. A major catastrophe was needed to provide the impetus for US imperialism to invade one country after another and thereby further expand the American empire.

Afghanistan was the first country on the list. Although NONE of the presumed 9/11 fanatics was from that country,

Modern day terrorism in fact got its first major impetus with the largely US imperialist-organized war (1979 – 1989) against the progressive Afghan government of that time. The terrorist so-called “mujahideen” were lavishly financed, trained and organized by the CIA with the cooperation of the ultra-reactionary Saudi regime and cohorts and the Pakastani military dictatorship.

“The total irrecoverable personnel losses of the Soviet Armed Forces, frontier, and internal security troops came to 14,453.” (Soviet-Afghan War, Wikipedia). But in Russia today there is virtually no mention of the primary role of the CIA in generating that bloody conflict!

The ostensible Afghan victors in that war, however, would not then automatically cede their country's reputedly vast mineral wealth to America. So a bloody pretext was concocted to justify American military intervention in a country that allegedly harbored al-Qaeda but was no threat to the US and had nothing to do with the 9/11 mass murder.

Then, after Afghanistan – which was supposed to be a cake walk of easy victory – came Iraq, whose government was likewise accused of collaborating with al-Qaeda: a total lie.

The gross geopolitical miscalculations of US imperialism in both Afghanistan and Iraq should be topics of a separate discussion.

Then came US-NATO mass murder in Libya using the very same bloody terrorists that the US is supposedly against. Then came mass US-NATO countries' vast support for vicious terrorists in Syria – a war that is still ongoing.

The US secret political police were fully informed about the band of fanatics who arrived in the US to commit the heinous crimes of 9/11. The US political police gendarmes not only did nothing to prevent these attacks but in fact facilitated them. The excuse that the CIA-FBI >>> “could not connect the dots” (an extremely simple child's game) and counter the terrorists is a total lie.

Thus, the bloody 9/11 episodes were one more big-time provocation by US imperialism. Make no mistake about it: the vicious and predatory US ruling class and government will do anything to further their mercenary aims.

That is, to expand the reach of US imperialism even further and brutally demolishing one unsubmitting government after another – no matter what the human cost.

For the US hegemons, the relatively large number of Americans killed was merely a triviality. The wars that ensued killed substantially more US citizens that on 9/11. US military deaths in Iraq and Afghan (through 2014) were 5,650 (United States military casualties of war, Wikipedia).
