“The sole purpose of the “coming” (the long contorted period prior to my receiving any benefits) and the “going” (after the benefits stopped coming altogether) was to induce/provoke me to enter the US Embassy to personally discuss and “solve” this problem. The US secret political police hoped that I was so desirous of the retirement benefits or later so addicted to them that I would throw caution aside, set foot in the Embassy and somehow “persuade” the US government to settle the question in my favor.

The entire business around my receiving earned Social Security retirement benefits (old-age pension) was simply another vicious murder plot by the monstrous US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus – the US secret political police – to kill me.

No, I would not have been tortured and killed in the US Embassay in Moscow. That would not have served the purpose and might have had unnecessary negative consequences.

Instead, I would have been forced back to the United States, where I would have been tortured to get me to publicly recant.

Terrorists Given "Breathing Space" In US-Occupied Areas Of Syria

A recent report from the UN Security Council’s Sanctions Monitoring Team has found that many of the places in Syria where the terror group Daesh (ISIS) continues to operate, recuperate and extract oil for profit are in areas of the country occupied by the United States.

The UN report states that the areas where Daesh has rallied since the year began are located in “pockets of territory in the Syrian Arab Republic on the Iraqi border” where the group has mounted “attacks, including across the border into Iraq.”

Area maps clearly show that the ISIS-controlled areas in only the U.S.-occupied portion of eastern Syria are along the Syria-Iraq border.

Notably, in the sliver of Daesh-controlled land between U.S. and Syrian government-controlled areas in the border city of Abu Kamal, when the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has tried to attack Daesh positions in the area this year, they have been targeted by U.S. coalition airstrikes. U.S. coalition airstrikes have also attacked Syrian civilian villages in the government-controlled portion of Abu Kamal. Survivors of that attack claimed that their villages had been targeted for refusing the entry of the U.S.-backed opposition militias — such as the Qasad militia, which is largely composed of former Daesh fighters.


Syrian forces have declined to advance deep into U.S.-held territory in order to pursue Daesh after being bombed numerous times. In addition, the U.S.’ own bombing campaign against Daesh can hardly be called effective given that the U.S., along with their military proxy the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), frequently announce on social media when and where they will be bombing Daesh in eastern Syria days in advance.


Beyond eastern Syria, another Daesh-infested area of concern is also located farther south in the area around the al-Tanf military base, which has been occupied by the United States since 2016.


As with other Daesh-held areas under U.S. “protection,” the U.S. has attacked the SAA for attempting to enter the U.S.’ unilaterally-imposed “deconfliction” zone in an effort to attack Daesh militants.

The evidence that the U.S. presence in Syria is actually helping to strengthen Daesh flies in the face of the Pentagon’s justificationfor the U.S.’ occupation of northeastern Syria as being necessary because the Syrian government is not strong enough to defeat Daesh on its own.

The U.S.Defense Intelligence Agency report from 2012 revealed that the U.S. willingly allowed Daesh to be formed in order to destabilize the Syrian government and partition Syria through foreign military intervention. Since then, the U.S. has adapted its justifications for its presence in Syria, particularly after the failure of Daesh and foreign-funded opposition groups to depose the current government of Syria.

By maintaining a Daesh pocket in the territory it occupies, the U.S. continues to justify its illegal presence in the country for the long-term. Just last month, the Trump administration made it clear that the U.S. military plans to stay in Syria for the long haul, substituting Iran for ISIS as its new regional boogeyman.

Торговая война с Китаем разоряет Америку

Рекордный урожай, собранный в США этим летом, стало некуда продавать. Таким оказался результат торговой войны, которую президент Трамп затеял с Китаем. А самое парадоксальное, что первыми жертвами этой войны оказались те самые люди, благодаря которым Трамп пришел к власти – американские фермеры. Сельское хозяйство США стоит перед угрозой колоссального кризиса.


В ходе торговой войны, развязанной Трампом, власти КНР резко ограничили ввоз сои и зерновых из США, а также обложили пошлинами ввозную свинину. Собранный в США рекордный урожай оказался практически никому не нужен. А цены на сельхозкультуры продолжают падать. Только с апреля по июль этого года соя подешевела на 20%, а пшеница – на 15%.


Если пшеница и кукуруза хранятся хорошо, то для сои губительна малейшая сырость. Если она чуть-чуть подмокнет, то быстро сгниет. Однако выхода у производителей нет. Продать урожай сейчас – означает прогореть.


Парадоксальным образом протекционистские меры Трампа, спровоцировав Китай на жесткий ответ, рикошетом ударили по сельскому хозяйству Америки. А ведь именно фермеры и сельскохозяйственные рабочие от всего сердца голосовали за Трампа в 2016 году.


Китайские власти, да и простые граждане Китая воспринимают торговые войны с США лично и болезненно. Для них санкции – это не просто бизнес, а жгучая обида. Поэтому сейчас китайские покупатели развивают лихорадочную деятельность, привлекая новых поставщиков. Только что они заключили большой контракт на сою с Бразилией, хотя бразильская соя дороже американской. В следующем году к Бразилии обязательно подтянется другой мировой лидер по производству сои – Аргентина.


Тогда агрокомплекс США пережил кризис, невиданный со времен Великой депрессии. Сегодня у американского агропрома есть все шансы на такое же масштабное разорение.

Some months after sending off my documents to the US Embassy, I received the following letter from the Social Security Administration in Baltimore, Maryland:

“July 21, 2016

We are writing to you about your Social Security benefits.

Based on the information we have, we cannot pay benefits beginning July 2016.

We cannot pay you starting January 2004. We need more information before we can start your payments again.

We cannot pay you your regular monthly benefits at this time.

Please contact us within 30 days to give us the information we need. We cannot pay benefits unless you give us this information.

You have 60 days to ask for an appeal in writing.”

The letter confirms that I had earlier received Social Security retirement benefits – until “January 2004.” Proof positive that these benefits were indubitably mine.

The letter also contains my Social Security Claim Number – essential “information.”

Additional information:

From the US Social Security Administration I have on hand “Your Social Security Statement – Prepared especially for Arnold Lockshin“ dated November 22, 1999 and again sent to me on January, 3, 2001. The Statement details all “Your Taxed Social Security Earnings” dating from 1954 (when I helped out in my mother's small restaurant during the summer) up to and including 1986, when the US Gestapo had me crudely fired from the Stehlin Foundation.

Moreover, I confirmed again and again that my status had in no way changed. Which the US secret political police knew very well.

No other “information” was or is needed.

“Information” is an enormously expansive term. What else are they supposedly interested in? Does the US Social Security Administration need “information” on the species of fish in the oceans? Or the distance in nanometers from Mars to Jupiter? Or the names and phone numbers of all the women whose pussies were grabbed by Donald Trump??

The US Social Security Administration already has and had every bit of information required for me to receive my retirement benefits. Otherwise I could not have possibly received these benefits from March 2001 up to January 2004!

Interpretation: The US secret political police misjudged the point of my e-mails protesting the US Government's refusal to send me my earned retirement benefits. My real purpose: to expose with another concrete example how the police state dictatorship of the US actually operates. (The Social Security Administration effectively is “почти ни при чём» here. They, like Adolph Eichmann and “good” nazis everywhere, simply follow orders, in this case orders of the US secret political police.)

The American Gestapo assumed – or was at least hoping – that my earlier e-mails suggested that I was prepared to actually enter the US Embassy to “resolve” the sore point about “information we need” and somehow, somehow try to get my benefits.

Not a chance. I was not, am not prepared to commit suicide.

I made no further “appeal in writing” or otherwise. This particular charade was over.


An important methodological note: the “errors” noted above were not accidental. The Warsaw Social Security office knew perfectly well that no form 7162 had been attached to their e-mail and that my expired US passport had nothing to do with my right to receive Social Security retirement benefits. Likewise the idiocy about “information we need” was not some slip-up.

These are examples of commonly used, meticulously planned secret political police ploys – often about ostensibly minor details and “unintentionable” goof-ups - to create confusion, difficulties and delays and to further frustrate the targetted individual(s). I likewise encountered multiple analogous concocted problems and delays earlier after I first applied for retirement benefits (see “Тайная полиция США ворует пенсию по старости (3)”).


In my book “Silent Terror” I write about the “multiple 'errors' and contrived difficulties” (p. 98) fashioned in the psychological warfare campaign waged against me in the United States.


Laws, justice, human rights... be damned. This is part of how the police state dictatorship of the United States of America operates.

About one year after I started posting my weekly Social Security protest, the Federal Benefits Unit in Warsaw – in reality the US secret political police – reacted . (See Тайная полиция США ворует пенсию по старости (4)

On March 3 2015 I received the following e-mail:

«Dear Mr. Lockshin:
Thank you for your email.
In order to have your benefits reinstated please be so kind (sic) complete the attached form SSA 7162 and submit it at the American Services Section of the US embassy in Moscow along with a copy of your current US passport.
Federal Benefits Unit
U.S. Embassy
ul. Piekna 12 00-539 Warszawa Poland»

That same day I wrote back (e-mail): «The US embassy knows who I am. What will be different this time around?» No answer.

There were two nasty flies in the US Government's ointment. To begin with, no form SSA 7162 was addended to the e-mail. And the demand to submit the form was redundant, even absurd.

I had previously submitted - several times - form SSA 7162 to the US Embassy in Moscow. The simple form merely instructs the Social Security recepient to report any change in personal status (address, marriage, work income from the United States...). Nothing about my status had changed, which the US Embassy and the US secret political police knew perfectly well. It stands to reason that I have received no income at all from the US since August 1986, when the US secret political police viciously ordered me fired from my position as laboratory head in the Stehlin Cancer Foundation in Houston, Texas. However, as a precautionary measure, earlier I had made and kept xerox copies of this form for a possible demand to resubmit it.

Secondly, the requirement to send the Embassy a copy of my “current US passport” was worse than stupid. “By law, a valid unexpired U.S. passport (or passport card) is conclusive (and not just prima facie) proof of U.S. Citizenship.” (United States passport, Wikipedia) A “valid, unexpired U.S. Passport.”


My US passport* had long since expired and therefore was invalid for any purpose. Moreover, I do not have any need for a US passport. To apply for a new one would require me going into the US Embassy in Moscow – which would be my death knell.

Above all, as explained earlier, a passport (meaning currently valid) or any other proof of citizenship is not required to receive US Social Security retirement benefits.

Given all this crap, I debated whether or not I should send anything to the US Embassy; I gave myself a less than 2% chance of actually receiving any retirement benefits.

Nonetheless, as they say in Russia “попытка не пытка”; I sent to the US Embassy in Moscow a resubmitted form SSA 7162 and a copy of my expired US passport. By “return receipt requested.” Several days later, the receipt came back in the mail: proof that the Embassy had received the material.

* Unlike the Russian паспорт, a US passport is not generally used within the country itself. The US document is roughly equivalent to a Russian загранпаспорт – for travel outside the country. Ukraine Crisis Deepens: Fresh Water Supply At Risk

Ukraine’s crumbling infrastructure has placed the supply of HOT water at risk, not to mention the natural-gas supplied central heating system. Now we come to learn that the situation is even more dire than that: The Ukrainian people, especially those living in urban areas, face the prospect of losing their supply of drinking water.

The Cabinet of Ministers cut out of the 2019 budget funding for the project “Drinking water for the Ukraine”. Financing for this project (in place since 2011) was budgeted for $107 million, but in the end, the project was only allocated $7.4 million. And now has been cut altogether.

Ecologists also note that the system, inherited from Soviet times, is crumbling badly, with an increase of accidents, spills, and an overall loss of water.

If major cities such as Kiev shall, indeed, lose access to fresh drinking water, some people might see this as a type of karma for what the Kiev government tried to do to the people of Crimea back in 2014, when they attempted to cut off their fresh water supply. Which, by the way, is considered a war crime. The plan was to force the secessionist residents of Crimea to either die of thirst, or come crawling back to Kiev. In the end, the Russians outsmarted the Ukrainians by finding other sources of fresh water, and then building a humongous bridge connecting Crimea to the Russian mainland.

The Ukrainian ecologist organization estimates that the amount of money needed to repair and reconstruct Ukraine’s water system would be around $40 billion dollars.

One commenter noted sarcastically: “Centralized water supply is a relic of the Soviet past. It is necessary to rid ourselves of such relics. Glory to Ukraine!”
In conclusion: These Idiocrats first destroyed the gas-pipeline system, then the central heating system, then the aqueduct system… What’s next? Will Kiev residents wake up one morning and find there is no oxygen?

316 mass shootings have taken place across the US this year.


Five people have died after three shootings across America on Monday night. A gunman killed three people at Mercy hospital in Chicago; one person died and four were injured at a shooting near Coors Field in Colorado; and a woman was shot dead at a religious supply store near St Louis.


“You can’t go to the hospital, you can’t go to school, you can’t go to church, you can’t go to the grocery store,” one woman caught up in the Mercy hospital shooting told CBS News. “You can’t go anywhere … You never know when you walk into a place if you’re going to come out alive.”

She’s right. Monday’s violence means that there have now been 316 mass shooting incidents in America this year, according to data from the Gun Violence Archive. That’s almost one mass shooting a day.

There are no safe spaces in America when it comes to gun violence; the NRA (National Rifle Association) is turning the entire country into a no-go zone. That’s not hyperbole.

Some years after my Social Security benefits had been cut off, I started sending the following e-mail (English only) weekly to the US White House, the US Embassy in Moscow and the Federal Benefits Unit in Warsaw, Poland:

For over 10 years now, the U.S. Government has refused to pay me my social security old-age benefits.

This refusal is in direct violation of the U.S. Law on Social Security, which contains no political qualifications for receiving one's old-age benefits. These actions are in violation of the U.S. Constitution (14th Amendment), which forbids the government to deprive an individual of his property “without due process of law.”

The U.S. Government's Social Security Administration has acknowledged that I meet all the qualifications to receive my old-age benefits and that I have filled out and submitted all the required forms.

In spite of my repeated requests, neither the Social Security Administration nor the U.S. Embassy in Moscow nor anyone else in the U.S. Government has provided an “explanation” as to why I am being denied my social security benefits.

My old-age benefits are not a gift. They derive from the substantial sums that were deducted – directly and indirectly – from my paychecks during all the years I lived and worked in the U.S.

What is happening is a case of out-and-out thievery.

The U.S. Government blatantly violated my human, legal and constitutional rights by conducting a terror campaign that forced me to leave my country and obtain political exile abroad. For over a decade, this same Government has further violated my rights by stealing my Social Security old-age benefits.

All this proves once again that the only law that counts in the United States of America is the Law of the Jungle.

За более 10 лет Правительство США отказывается в выплате причитающейся мне пенсии по старости.

Такой отказ прямо нарушает Закон США о социальном обеспечении (Social Security Law), который не предусматривает каких-либо политических ограничений или требований для получения пенсии по старости. Такое действие также грубо нарушает самую Конституцию США, где указано, что государство «не может лишить какое-либо лицо жизни, свободы или собственности без надлежащей правовой процедуры либо отказать какому-либо лицу в пределах своей юрисдикции в равной защите закона”.

Администрация социального обеспечения США (Social Security Administration) призналась, что я имею полное право на пенсию по старости и то, что я заполнил и отправил все необходимые анкеты по данному вопросу.

Несмотря на мои многочисленные обращения ни Администрация социального обеспечения, ни Посольство США в России, ни какое-либо другое правительственное учреждение не «объяснило», почему я не могу получить свою американскую пенсию по старости.

Такая пенсия - не подарок! В течение многих лет, когда я жил и работал в США, правительство удерживало значительные суммы — непосредственно и косвенно — из моей зарплаты.

То, что происходит — наглое воровство.

Правительство США грубо нарушало мои права человека, и также мои законные и конституционные права, при проведении кампании террора против меня, которая заставила меня покинуть свою родину и получить политические убежище за границей. Donald Trump Is An Accessory To Jamal Khashoggi’s Murder

Until Oct. 2, Jamal Khashoggi was a legal resident of the United States, a columnist for The Washington Post and a critic of human rights abuses by Saudi Arabia’s de facto ruler, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the mercurial 33-year-old known as MBS.

That day Khashoggi entered the Saudi consulate in Istanbul to obtain paperwork necessary for his forthcoming marriage. What happened next is reportedly recorded on an audiotape possessed by Turkish intelligence and shared with the U.S., which captures in horrific detail the utter contempt for human rights that Khashoggi decried.

Awaiting Khashoggi was a 15-man Saudi death squad studded with agents tied to the crown prince, including its leader, Maher Mutreb. The murder was neither random nor merciful: The killers severed Khashoggi’s fingers, cut off his head and dismembered his body with a bone saw. One of them, a doctor of forensics, advised listening to music on headphones to ease the stress of butchery. Thereafter, depending on the account, the murderers either gave the dismembered corpse to a “local cooperator” or dissolved it in acid before flushing it down a drain.

That MBS ordered this atrocity is beyond serious doubt. Since his accession, he has pushed to arrest, kidnap or otherwise forcibly repatriate dissenters living abroad.

Despite all the damning evidence of his character, Donald Trump now says of MBS “maybe he did and maybe he didn’t,” announcing that the U.S. would impose no further sanctions on Saudi Arabia or the crown prince for Khashoggi’s murder. The capitulation is a low point of his presidency, exposing the limitlessness of Trump’s moral, psychological and geopolitical failings.


Trump’s entire response to the murder has consisted of lying and dissembling to protect MBS. Tuesday’s statement once again feigned ignorance of the CIA’s finding that MBS ordered the assassination ― even though Trump has seen the evidence. Worse, he absolved MBS and his regime of any further consequences. Through these cynical and deliberate acts of dereliction, America’s president has become an accessory after the fact to Khashoggi’s murder.

In moral terms, Trump is telling MBS that he can flout human rights, undertake dangerous regional adventurism, repress dissent and murder those who displease him with impunity.

Donald Trump has no problem empowering a murderous autocrat.

New York City subway and bus services have entered 'death spiral'

New York City’s subway and bus service is already in crisis. It could be getting worse. And more expensive.

Officials at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) warned last week that without a major infusion of cash, they will have to drastically cut service or increase fares on the system that carries millions of New Yorkers around the city.

The system’s financial straits have gotten worse in part because it has fewer riders, and is collecting less money in fares. Expected passenger revenue over a five-year period has dropped by $485m since July.

They’ve entered this death spiral. The subway service and the bus service has become unreliable enough for people to stop using it. If people aren’t using it, there’s less money, and they have to keep raising fares without delivering better service.

The authority is proposing a fare hike that would take effect in March. One option would raise the basic fare for a ride to $3 from the current $2.75. Another option would leave the base fare the same but increase the cost of monthly passes and eliminate bonuses for riders.

They are also proposing $41m a year in service cuts, mainly increasing the time between trains and buses on some routes. And, if approved, the plan would delay the launch of faster bus routes.

Those changes will still leave the MTA with massive deficits, expected to hit nearly $1bn a year by 2022. To tackle those deficits, officials say they would have to cut service more drastically, or raise fares by an additional 15%.

All those troubles include replacing an antiquated signal system that dates back to before the second world war, which could cost $40bn.

The subway hit a crisis last year, when a state of emergency was declared. Delays more than tripled, from about 20,000 a month in 2012 to more than 67,450 in May 2017. The delays cost New Yorkers more than $300m in lost work time a year.

A year after an emergency plan was launched, more than a third of trains were still arriving late. “Things are moving slower than they were in 1950. And at the same time we’ve had three fare hikes. Riders are already paying more for less,” said Danny Pearlstein of the Riders Alliance.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency in the city’s subway system and called for a surge of spending on improvements, days after a derailment injured 39 passengers and forced the evacuation of hundreds from the disabled train.

Part of the subway is more than 100 years old, and some cars are still in operation after more than 50 years. Hurricane Sandy flooded some stations and tracks in 2012, causing corrosion to electrical systems.

Early history: About a year and a half before my 62nd birthday (February 2001), by registered mail I sent the US Embassy in Moscow my completed application to receive Social Security retirement benefits (old age pension). One month past one's 62nd birthday is the earliest date for which these benefits can be obtained.

I applied very early, because I anticipated contrived difficulties. What I got was a psychological warfare-concocted circus. My interlocutor was a “Ms. Isagulova” of the American Citizens Services of the US Embassy in Moscow. As the name might imply, she was not a native English speaker. While I customarily speak Russian – not English – in Moscow, in this instance I was dealing with a representative of the United States of America, where the official language is English.

Moreover, language specificities and unusual features of translation are a common platform for the US secret political police to create additional confusion and difficulties. When conversing on the phone with “Ms. Isagulova” I spoke only English. She spoke an accented English fairly well, but frequently got “confused”.

I likewise had to communicate several times by e-mail with a “Mr. Alexander Geisler” at the aforementioned Federal Benefits Unit in Warsaw, Poland. Geisler likewise had a penchant for “confusing” matters. The Warsaw office also handles the bulk of Social Security matters for Russia - see Тайная полиция США ворует пенсию по старости (2).


A contrived, ostensibly “bureaucratic” jungle was fashioned to delay my receiving old age benefits. No need to relate the details. My first check arrived about one and a half years past my 62nd birthday. With most of the earlier eligible months paid for.


And I continued receiving monthly Social Security checks more or less regularly. Until January 2004. The pension money abruptly stopped. No explanation given. Payment has never been resumed.


It should be emphasized that the fact that I received Social Security retirement benefits for over two years is proof positive that I deserve this pension. No questions can be entertained about my country of residence, citizenship or anything else.

This question needs asking: why did I receive my Social Security retirement pension at all?

Forget about legality!

The secret political police of the police state dictatorship of the United States of America - better described as the monstrous US lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus – care not a whit about legality!

The sole purpose of the “coming” (the long contorted period prior to my receiving any benefits) and the “going” (after the benefits stopped coming altogether) was to induce/ provoke me to come to the US Embassy to personally discuss and “solve” this problem. The US secret political police hoped that I was so desirous of the retirement benefits or later so addicted to them that I would throw caution aside, enter the Embassy and somehow “persuade” the US government to settle the question in my favor.

Lousy calculations on their part.

I have never entered the US Embassy in Moscow. I will never enter any US Embassy or consulate. Why?

Because while I physically would be in Russia, legally speaking I would be in the United States of America. “The grounds of foreign embassies and some consulates, like vessels at sea, are considered part of the territory of the nation they represent.” (Territorial jurisdiction, Wikipedia)

Any pretext – or even none at all - could easily be contrived to detain me and ship me back to the US. That is, to my death. Even though I had become a Russian citizen, I could expect no help or even a protest from the Russian Government.

US embassies are known to be guarded inside by US Marines. “The Marine Corps Embassy Security Group, a battalion-sized organization of U.S. Marines whose detachments provide security at American embassies” (Marine Security Guard, Wikipedia). Fat chance I would have to battle a battalion of young, husky marines and fight my way back out!

Projected end of the line for Arnold Lockshin. “Want your Social Security retirement benefits, political emigre? All you get is death!”

For them as well as for other Americans still struggling to regain their economic footing from the financial crash in 2008, an economic downturn between now and the 2020 election might send Trump’s approval rating and reelection prospects spiraling downward.

Trump has abandoned any real desire to launch a bold infrastructure initiative that could spur growth in struggling regions. He wasted more than a trillion dollars of government spending on the corporate giveaway that was the 2017 tax cut — not to mention nearly all of his meager political capital. His tax cuts for the rich and for corporations (which used tax savings for stock buybacks) didn’t help them. Moreover, Trump’s trade policy has hurt rural America.

In the Trump economy, the rich get richer, while the poor and the poor locales in the United States get poorer. Statistically, there appears to be no significant improvement in job growth. The gap in housing price growth actually widens. In fact, the larger the Trump electorate, the worse the county’s economic performance.

If the American economy hits a speed bump or two — or even enters a serious recession — Trump's standing among his own supporters could easily plummet.

Not only are white supremacists from across the West flocking to Ukraine to learn from the combat experience of their fascist brothers-in-arms, they are doing so openly, under the nose of a shrugging law enforcement - chronicling their experiences on social media before they bring their lessons back home.


Last month, an unsealed FBI indictment of four American white supremacists from the Rise Above Movement (RAM) declared that the defendants had trained with Ukraine’s Azov Battalion, a neo-Nazi militia officially incorporated into the country’s national guard. The training took place after the white supremacist gang participated in violent riots in Huntington Beach and Berkeley, California and Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017.


The indictment stated that the Azov Battalion “is believed to have participated in training and radicalizing United States-based white supremacy organizations.”


After a wave of racist violence across America that culminated in the massacre of twelve Jewish worshippers at a Pittsburgh synagogue, the revelation that violent white supremacists have been traveling abroad for training and ideological indoctrination with a well-armed neo-Nazi militia should cause extreme alarm.

Not only are white supremacists from across the West flocking to Ukraine to learn from the combat experience of their fascist brothers-in-arms, they are doing so openly — chronicling their experiences on social media before they bring their lessons back home. But U.S. law enforcement has done nothing so far to restrict the flow of right-wing American extremists to Azov’s bases.


There is one likely explanation for the U.S. government’s hands-off approach to Azov recruitment: the extremist militia is fighting pro-Russian separatists as a front-line proxy of Washington. In fact, the United States has directly armed the Azov Battalion, forking over anti-tank rocket launchers and even sending a team of Army officers to meet in the field with Azov commanders in 2017.

I will clear up a few misconceptions.

(1) Some people believe that since I have lived in Moscow, Russia for over 30 years, I do not warrant an American old age pension.

Over the course of the years' battle for my Social Security retirement benefits, I had to communicate many times with this Warsaw office, which, as indicated above, also handles matters for Social Security recipients living in Russia.

Moreover, for a brief period – about which I will discuss in more detail later – I in fact received my Social Security benefits (pension) check in the mail here from the US Embassy in Moscow!

Many, many thousands of retired people living outside the US receive earned Social Security retirement benefits. “Here’s an interesting statistic from the U.S. Social Security Administration: In the month of April alone, 58,710 payments were sent to beneficiaries in Mexico.» (Two Expats Living in Mexico, QROO.US) The number of recepients in Russia undoubtedly is much smaller, but the same principle applies.

(2) Some believe that Arnold Lockshin is no longer an American citizen, and therefore does not deserve US Social Security benefits.

After years of struggle and substantial difficulties, I became a Russian citizen in August, 1992. CIA stooge Горбачев refused to grant me citizenship of the Soviet Union.

Have I forfeited my US citizenship? I have never been so notified officially. In real-life terms, the matter has no practical importance, as my return to the United States would result in my certain murder. The US secret political police take no prisoners with someone like myself!

In principle, dual or even greater citizenship should not be a problem. Foul liar and lifelong CIA propaganda (and not only propaganda!) stooge Владимир Познер has 3 citizenships: “Имеет три гражданства — России, Франции и США». (Познер, Владимир Владимирович, Википедия)

All of this aside, citizenship is NOT a determinant for receiving Social Security retirement benefits.

In summary, my citizenship has nothing to do with receiving my Social Security retirement benefits.

(3) It should be noted that the US Social Security Law has no political qualifications or restrictions for receiving old age benefits. Theoretically, my criticism of US imperialism should have no bearing on receiving my retirement benefits.

Forget the law! Such matters are decided by the secret political gestapo of the police state dictatorship of the United States of America. That is to say, by the massive United States “intelligence community,” better described as the monstrous United States lie, spy, criminal, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, drug-runnning, torture, war and mass murder apparatus.

Trump administration hawks putting US on course for war with Iran
‘Given the risks of President Trump and his administration fully collapsing the JCPOA and instigating war with Iran, the work needs to begin now in order to rein in the White House and prevent a disastrous war’

Donald Trump has surrounded himself with hardliners in his administration who have openly called for bombing Iran and carrying out regime change, says a new report, which also warns of the possibility of a military confrontation being engineered through provocative action.

Senior members of the US administration, which has pulled out of the nuclear deal with Tehran unilaterally, have vocalised its desire to destroy the agreement and cripple the Iranian economy in the process, the document prepared by the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) points out.


The UK, France, Germany, Russia and China, the other signatories to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) have all said repeatedly that Tehran is living by its obligations, as have the United Nations. The Trump administration’s stance, it has pointed out, has caused a serious rift with western allies who are now taking legal and commercial measures to protect international companies from US sanctions.


Israel and Saudi Arabia, the two states which successfully lobbied Mr Trump to sabotage the JCPOA signed between Tehran and international powers, have long urged Washington to take military action against Iran. The report reminds how previous administrations had to resist repeated calls for strikes against Iran by Israel and a Sunni bloc.

The NIAC report states: “While Trump himself routinely pillories the 2003 decision to invade Iraq, he has surrounded himself with hawks who seek the same fate for Iran. National Security Adviser John Bolton and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo have in the past openly called for regime change and bombing Iran.” Mr Bolton, like Mr Trump, is a Vietnam draft-dodger but has always been a strong advocate of US military action and remains a firm defender of the Iraq invasion.

A clash in the tight waterways of the Persian Gulf, US manoeuvres to push Iran out of Syria, or Iranian retaliation for perceived foreign support for terror within Iranian borders could be all war hawks in Washington and Riyadh would need to push headlong into a disastrous war.

Fortunately, I do not have to beg for my Social Security retirement benefits (old age pension) from the United States of America.

So far at least, the FSB (ФСБ — Федеральная служба «безопасности» России) – that is to say the CIA which controls the FSB – has decided not to deny me my Russian old age pension. My “good fortune” in this respect? There would be no easy way to justify such a foul and blatant deprivation scheme. I would resist as energetically and loudly as possible. And given that I retain some, albeit now limited, recognition in Russia, such an unjustifiable assault might compromise – to some extent - the CIA-FSB master-slave relationship.

Another factor, no less important: I was able to rescue a portion of the Lockshin family savings before my traitor-”wife” succeeded in absconding with all of them. This money is stored in safe (not in banks, not home) places. Even without my Russian pension, I could probably survive to the end (I am now 79). To what purpose then would the CIA-FSB steal my Russian pension in the same filthy way that the US secret political police are stealing my US Social Security retirement benefits?

So I continue to live on my Russian old age pension – up to now.

Of course, another option is to murder Arnold Lockshin – which the CIA-FSB are perfectly capable of. If I continue avoiding succumbing to their traps, that might be the only option left. So far I am still alive. Largely isolated and therefore not very “dangerous.”

I am not here appealing for payment of my Social Security benefits.

Even though they are indisputedly mine.

Any such appeal would be useless. Simply put, I am not going to get what amounts to my US old age pension.

Given the massive, horrendous, on-going world-wide crimes of US imperialism, the matter of denying one individual his pension is - relatively speaking – a secondary matter.

Nonetheless, this continuing infringement of my rights and outright US government thievery are by no means irrelevant. I will describe this “minor” continuing episode in some detail to provide a concrete example of how the police state dictatorship of the pseudo-democratic United States of America operates in reality.

Wage-earners in the US are subject to an obligatory withholding tax on their earnings, which is supposed to provide retirees with a pension later in life. To repeat, this tax is obligatory; it is commonly subtracted directly from one's paycheck. The average worker on the job never has access to this withheld money.

The amount withheld (from one's paycheck) varies, but has generally increased with time. Employees and employers usually “contribute” equal sums, which amount to a deduction from wages. The employee's “contribution” is a direct reduction of pay. The employer's contribution is an indirect reduction of pay, as the worker could have counted on receiving this subtracted amount if there were no Social Security withholding tax.

At the time when most of my withholding took place, the combined employee-employer deduction amouted to about 25% of my total wages. Month after month; year after year.

In short, my Social Security retirement benefits are MY money. The US government was supposed to be holding in trust these month in, month out deductions until I reached retirement age, at which time I was unquestionably entitled to receive my pension.

Whether or not I had continued living in the United States, had moved to Russia or anywhere else.

Period.

Suicide Rates Soar Among American Workers

During 2000–2016, suicide rates among American workers (aged 16–64 years) jumped 34%, from 12.9 per 100,000 population to 17.3, according to a newly published report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

With the American workforce declining for decades, only now it this disturbing evidence of the catastrophic damage that has already been done being released.

Suicide rates are rapidly expanding in almost every state, as it now becomes the 10th leading cause of death in the US and is one of three leading reasons that are on the rise.

The CDC discovered that in recent years suicide rates were the highest among males in construction jobs and the highest for females working in arts, design, entertainment, sports, and media.

The American people are working harder than ever, and yet the middle class just continues to erode.

It all makes sense, as the inequality gap between the rich and poor is the largest that it has ever been since right before the 1929 crash, and America’s middle class has been systematically eviscerated over the last thirty years.
