This is not the place to discuss in detail the enormous economic crimes of the US ruling class – crimes which take place regularly with the full complicity and participation of the US government.
We merely note that the US central bank – the US Federal Reserve Bank/System – is a wholly owned private monopoly, run entirely by the most powerful banks in the country and has the exclusive right to print – or, more importantly, electronically produce unlimited amounts of the US currency (dollar). The Federal Reserve has the full right to dispense these monies – in the trillions of dollars – to its bank owners (or anyone else) without even an independent audit. In this way, for instance, the Fed redeemed on a massive scale failed, virtually worthless speculative loans on the big banks' books. The US government, American institutions and the prostitute mass media pass all this off as the “battle against unemployment!”

Why “the most corrupt”? Because no other outfit or government in the world has that enormous, theoretically unlimited amount of money to play with.
We mention only in passing that utterly massive financial crimes of the ultra-wealthy are regularly passed over with a mere wrist slap – and most often, not even that. Big banks and speculators systematically defrauded millions of Americans out of their homes while committing mass perjury – supposedly a very serious criminal offense in the US – and none of the perpetrators went to jail! The banks – even after admitting guilt – received minor fines (small fractions of their profits), but no individual banker was penalized or was jailed! Democracy anyone?
Then there are the “revolving doors,” where US government “regulators” leave their posts to get cushy jobs among the financial heavy-weights. And then there are the bankers themselves and their bought-and-paid-for stooges who join the government to determine and implement policy.
Goldman-Sachs, among the largest and most thieving Wall Street firms, virtually runs the economic policies of the current Trump administration.
And government officials and the mass media justify all these outrages.
The United States of America is a brutal, all-encompassing, monstrous dictatorship.
