Murder – including mass murder – is a common weapon of imperialism in general, US imperialism in particular.
The US military, of course, routinely murders and murders in country after country in the interests of the foul, venal, mercenary, vicious, inhuman US ruling class: in Latin American countries, in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq >>>
US imperialism likewise induces, orders, finances, arms... others to commit mass atrocities. America was the main sponsor of the incredibly murderous Hitler regime in Germany (see my series Америка и Фашизм and Как США и Англия тайно финансировали Гитлера и его поход на СССР). True, the US later was compelled to join the war against the Nazi-fascist brutes. But even during wartime (World War II), US companies and banks – with the full support and guidance of the criminal duplicitous Roosevelt-Truman regime – continued massively collaborating with, arming and equipping the German Nazis and their horrendous military machine.
Then this same US imperialism murdered nearly (or even more than) a quarter of million people – almost all civilians – by exploding atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (see Америка и Фашизм — Части 33 и 34: Атомные Бомбардировки США)

What the brutal US military does not directly attack often becomes the target of the massive United States' lie, spy, provocation, subversion and regime change, terror, torture, drug-running, war and mass murder apparatus, known euphemistically as the US “intelligence community.”
Detailing all the hideous crimes of the American CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and its cohorts goes beyond the purview of these notes. Too many provocations; too many brutal murders; too many conspiracies; too much torture; too much Hell.
Before and after the demise of the Soviet Union, notable murderous provocations include the following:
-1. Lithuania. Terrorists under the command of the CIA were responsible for the bloody provocation at the TV tower in Vilnius, Lithuania in January 1991. Fourteen civilians and a Soviet military officer were killed.

But at the time of the assault, our young officer Victor Shatskikh was mortally wounded in the back. -2. Ukraine. The February 2014 Maidan massacre in Kiev, in which dozens of people were killed, was another CIA operation.
“Two Georgians confirm that the murders were committed by foreign snipers, at least 50 of them, operating in teams. The two Georgians, Alexander Revazishvili and Koba Nergadze have agreed to testify by video from Tbilisi, if permitted, as they feared for their lives if brought to Kiev.
«On the 18th of February they were given weapons and two of them took up positions at the Hotel Ukraina overlooking Maidan Square while the third was positioned in the Conservatory. Other snipers were positioned in other buildings to fire into the square. Prior to that they met with, among other people, an American soldier in uniform, a claimed “former” member of the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division, who gave them orders on what to do, which it turned out to be was to shoot into Maidan Square randomly targeting people, protestors and police alike, to create fear and confusion, to implicate the government forces as the shooters, to create the chaos necessary in order to undermine the government of President Yanukovych, who fled shortly after the event realising his own life was in danger. The name of the American soldier, or the alias he used, was Brian Christopher Boyenger. He showed up later as an adviser to the Ukrainian Georgian Legion. «
